PRICES
▪ For current price quote, please tell us about type of your business and
your markets locations and send it to
info@fromsolo.com. We will be happy to respond promptly with a price
list. Price quote will depend upon many variables, such as present exchange
rate, quantities ordered, your specific packaging and other needs.

ORDER PROCEDURES
▪ Browse our product list. Please feel free to choose the product that you
are interested in.
▪ Create a list of the items you want with the item code and the quantity
that you would like to order for each code, then send it to us directly by
email to info@fromsolo.com.
▪ Minimum order is USD 1000 per ORDER - shipping cost is not included.
▪ Once you have decided to place an order, we will provide you a proforma
invoice indicating the full amount of your order.
▪ For order totaling over USD 2000, we start new order upon receipt of a 50%
deposit, balance is due before goods are shipped. If order totaling less
than USD 2000, we need you to remit 100% of the total amount on the proforma
invoice in the beginning.
▪ We expect all the payments to be processed by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
to our bank account in Solo, Indonesia or Western Union Money Transfer.
Details will be given when you are ordering. Please make sure to cover the
transfer fee when sending money as we want to receive the full amount in our
account.
▪ When you placed an order, we will provide you various shipping options.
For more details please click here. You are free to decide which way the
best for you. You are even free to arrange shipping by yourself. You are
welcome to use your preferred shipping company.
▪ In order to give you some options and quote the shipping cost, please
advise your choice of sea/airport for receipt of the shipment. We will
provide a more accurate quotation once we know the approximate quantities
you order. We will prepay and add shipping charges to your invoice unless
otherwise specified. As purchaser, you may consult with your customs broker
or import agent in your own country for information about any fees that may
apply once the goods arrive in your port.
▪ We need you to complete the final payment (it will be included the
shipping charges, if necessary) when your order is finished and ready to be
shipped.

PRODUCTION TIME
▪ Our standard production time per container is six weeks of receiving your
deposit. For order less than containers, standard production time is four
weeks (maximum). This depends on the items ordered, quantity ordered, the
season when the order to be placed, etc. |

SAMPLE POLICY
▪ We are happy to send free samples, as long as the customer covers
the bill of courier charges. This is normally done by sending us your FedEx, DHL or
TNT account number in a separate email indicating your approval for us to
use the account for this purpose. We can send you whole sarongs, or swatches to save on
shipping charges, as you prefer. |
